Description

High scorers are reflective, self-aware, and curious about their own behavior. They are able to recognize their own biases, strengths, and weaknesses and understand how they impact their thoughts and actions. They are willing to engage in self-examination and take responsibility for their own behavior. At their best, they have a good understanding of their own values and priorities, which enables them to make decisions that are aligned with them.

Related Traits

Self-reflection is similar to Introspection. However, while Introspection mostly deals with the desire to find hidden and deeper meanings in experiences and life, Self-reflection mostly deals with the desire to understand our behavior, motives, and emotions.

In this way Introspection has a more mystical and spiritual bend, while Self-reflection is more practical and behavioral.
