This Dimension looks at the different ways we form and maintain close emotional relationships with others, based on our early experiences with caregivers. In this Dimension we explore two traits: Bond Avoidant and Bond Anxious. High and low combinations of scores on these traits result in four Attachment Styles: secure, anxious, avoidant, and fearful-avoidant. Attachment styles can have significant impacts on one's personal and professional relationships throughout their lives.
