High Scorers
High scorers tend to set high, sometimes unattainable standards for themselves, and feel compelled to strive for flawlessness. They are highly self-critical of their perceived failures or shortcomings and may experience feelings of anxiety and self-doubt.
High scorers on this scale may have a rigid, all-or-nothing mindset, and may struggle with feelings of inadequacy or worthlessness when they fall short of their standards.
Low Scorers
Low scorers in Perfectionism are more accepting of mistakes and imperfections. They set realistic standards for themselves and don't excessively criticize themselves when they fail to meet these standards.
