High Scorers
High scorers are aware of their thoughts and emotions, as well as their surroundings, and are able to approach situations with greater clarity and openness.
They live in the present, able to focus on their feelings and sensations without the need to judge or interpret deeper meanings. They have a firm grasp on the origins of their emotions and can navigate them with ease.
Mindfulness in itself is more of a skill that can be developed than a fixed personality trait.
Low Scorers
Low scorers may struggle with being fully present in the moment, often getting caught up in thoughts about the past or future. They might not be as aware of their thoughts and feelings, which could lead to difficulties in emotional regulation and a potential lack of self-understanding.
